Navigating the noise

Precision is the nemesis of limitation.

Applied AI

I build to think.

Working systems for my own operations: dashboards, automations, single-purpose tools. Built with Claude Code, no engineering background.

About

Narrative is architecture.

I observe, cut to the core, and bring structure to fragmentation. Data anomalies, broken processes, undefined markets. I build the operating system that turns market noise into executable strategy. Pods, playbooks, launch cadences, measurement frameworks.

In my current role, I built the operating model behind the Consumer Tech portfolio that scaled 87% YoY. My team grew a demand-generation product from 2% to 72% adoption in one year and built the market ecosystem around it from scratch: education, measurement, field playbooks. Israel became the #1 market in the European region by revenue for that product line, and the client signal we routed back into product landed new features on the global roadmap.

I initiated and led the first cross-functional executive offsite between product and demand-generation teams, London 2024. It drove ~$3M in tracked incremental revenue and became a repeatable format. I build with AI daily: agent systems, decision dashboards, and my own research on 6,824 messages of human-AI conversation, my data as the case study.

It's the same pattern everywhere, startup or enterprise. A team arguing over whose numbers are right. Product and GTM arguing over what ships next. A prompt returning something technically correct but fundamentally broken.
One root with many names: dirty data, weak signals, thin context. I call it the multiverse source of truth, and I write about the gap underneath: vocabulary.
It sets the ceiling. We get exactly as far as our precision about what we want and why we need it.
